„Wind Turbin Highline“

Long time no see but with this highline i have anchored a line like never before. It was quite a challenge to find people who where interested to realize this project but finally it worked out fine. Especially being interviewed a couple of times directly on a highline was great you can see it in the videos below :)

Due to the fact that there where a lot of people helping me rig this line it was rigged only two or three hours then we had to derig it again(you know time is money). This was the fastest derigging i ever saw because the big 100t crane was just lowering his jib ( or boom i don´t know whats correct).
I wanna thank all the people who help me on that day and also huge thanks to Lukas from IG Windkraft without your long and hard work on this project nothing would be realized.

There are some short clips from this nice highline --> watch them!

For better quality you can follow these two links:
Video from Wien Energie
Video from the national news

PS: Before i set my feet the first time on the line i was nervous like hell, i couldn´t spit anymore, this didn´t happend for a long period :) But after some steps i realized the same as every time: Its just a slackline keep on walking!
See you out there!

111m Highline in Austria

After a long winter and a cold slackline fesival in turkey it was time for this nice project.
I´m very sorry for you because i can´t write the usual "it was so hard to accomplish" stuff, not this time but if you want to read such stories i can write you one...
After the 5 hours climb through a 100m vertical wall we reached the first anchor unfortunately heavy wind came by and we had to rappel down again blablabla

No in real we walked 10 minutes to the spot, set up the connetion and prepared the natural anchors. So after 4 hours of rigging the line was up and ready for the first try.
After the first metres on the line i felt that it is possible to walk this line soon. So 2 crossings later i managed to walk this new highline really relaxed.
cheers =)
